I have received a good quality Ceylon Cinnamon. Its taste is not strong, it is less spicy and has a mild aroma. This Ceylon Cinnamon is recommended for Diabetic patients because it has less coumarin and does not harm the liver. Don't use the Cassia Cinnamon for diabetic patients, which is easily available in the local market or mall, it has a very strong smell, spicy taste and a high level of coumarin.

GREAT TASTE
Initially, I had my doubts, but the taste turned out to be genuinely authentic. Although the fragrance of the dry sticks wasn’t particularly strong, once they were used as an ingredient, their flavor truly emerged. 🌿👃👌
