I really like this pad, but I actually purchased it to use underneath the activity mat for my baby while she was learning to sit up (and falling over a lot). I have hardwood floors, and the activity mat wasn’t very padded. This worked perfectly for us!

This is the perfect mat for my yoga stretches after my jump rope routine. It’s cushiony and comfortable which makes the stretching more enjoyable. Worth the buck.

FINAL Update: I threw it out. Again, this isn’t a statement against the mat.Update: My weighted ropes are ripping this to pieces. Don't use it for that. I'm in the process of looking for something else.I bought this because the weighted ropes (which are more like tubes, not ropes) cause my yoga mat to move all over the place. Their proprietary mats are sold out, so I opted for this one.This arrived a day early, very well packaged, thick and soft. Excellent quality.While it's not listed as being for jumping rope, and I may as a result wear it down prematurely, it works for now and I am happy with this purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for to keep my standing punching bag from slipping and damaging my hardwood floors. It is soft to my feet when working out and it can be rolled to be put away when not in use. Excellent buy!

I love this - exactly what I needed! It’s perfect under my fitness trampoline (jumpsport 350 pro) - my floors are slightly uneven (I have an old house) and this is great to level out the surface so I’m not rocking around while I bounce. Great for floor work, too!

Great for VR. I use this to play Supernatural. It is a small matt, but that is perfect for keeping me in place in a small room without attacking a lamp or the tv. I am 6ft3 and this matt is just big enough to allow me to squat left and right. It is thick enough o notice the additional bounce, I like that. Because I use it to exercise reduced impact is a bonus.

This is much thinner than all of my other mats. I need the mat to provide some cushion for jump rope and this doesn’t help.

I love the size of this mat!I bought the Hemp pillow also made by the same company.It seems to calm my very young nieces down when they sit on the pillow.It’s magic and comfortable!

The material and design aren’t very good. Don’t expect something firm. When you stand on it, your feet will sink in. I was hoping that could jog in place, but I would say it is not suited for that—or jumping rope.Upon arrival it definitely smells weird.Another made in China piece of crap. Thanks, Amazon!
