PMS and Peri-menopause relief at last!
I'm 40, perimenopausal, and get all the usual joyful stuff: night sweats, bloating, breast pain, fatigue, heavy bleeding. I've been drinking this twice a day and it's awesome. It's not a miracle cure, but we're talking 5 days of breast pain down to 2, no bloating, no night sweats. I love it. Flavour-wise: This is NOT a raspberry infusion. It is raspberry leaf; there is a very very faint berry flavour BUT it is more like a nettle tea. If you like green tea, you'll probably like this. If you're after some bright pink fruity stuff, you won't. Value for money; well, you get loads. 👍

Good value for money
It is not the tastiest but i think no one buys it for taste. Need to admit that 250g did not seem too much when i was ordering but you don't need a lot of product to brew a cup so it last for very long time. Over all good product and good value for money.

Smoked taste, a lot of dry sticks inside.
Not sure if that’s normal for raspberry leaf tea, but has awful taste, has a smoked taste and that is not possible to drink 😫 a lot of dry sticks - was wondering if that is for sure product which I bought.

Might help with PMS
Raspberry Leaf Tea is a well-known traditional herbal remedy for the relief of menstrual cramps, to strengthen and tone the uterus in preparation for labour, to soften and prepare the cervix for labour and to induce or ease labour. Raspberry leaf and Nettle support the reproductive system by supporting the adrenal glands production of progesterone, the opposing hormone needed to balance estrogen. The flavour of this tea is not the best but I add a bag of hibiscus tea and then the flavour is much nicer. Not sure if it is helping with PMS as I am using other herbs as well (evening primrose, agnus castus, nettle and tulsi) but I am basically pain free now. Try it out!

"Not suitable for pregnant women", according to manufacturer.
I was pleased to find some 100% pure raspberry leaf loose tea, and like the vast majority of people who want to buy and consume this tea, it's because I am pregnant. I ordered the 250g bag which was quite large, and upon opening the tea leaves looked okay (although not as good quality as the Herbaria Bio Himbeerblätter Tee I have previously had) and I felt satisfied for the price. As I was brewing my first cup, I read the back of the packaging. I was rather surprised to see it state on the back "Not suitable for pregnant women." I can only assume this is the manufacturer's way of covering their arse in event that they are faced with some kind of lawsuit. It did not state this anywhere on the Amazon listing. I could sympathise with the packaging saying something like "Pregnant women should consult a doctor before consuming.", but considering the main customers of this product are going to be pregnant women, I think it is a little deceitful not to include this warning on the listing itself. If I'd have not already opened the bag, I probably would've returned it and requested a refund. Tea brewed from dried raspberry leaves should not be considered 'unsuitable' for pregnant women, although like any herbal medicine or tea, the consumer has a responsibility to be mindful of the amount consumed and do so in moderation. Now I feel like, having read the warning, I am taking some kind of risk by drinking any of this tea at all. Why have they stated it's not suitable? They don't say why. It just leave me wondering whether or not it's really 100% raspberry leaves. Therefore I cannot recommend this product.
