The crispy apple pie flavor is my favorite, although the other flavors I have tried are very good as well (especially the caramel churro). I really can't recommend these enough. They make a great replacement meal (for me, breakfast) every day, but you could definitely eat one as a snack between meals - it will fill you up, but seems to digest quickly (at least for me, everyone's different), but that's a good thing as I can have my protein shake just a couple hours later. These bars are high in calories which are great if you're bulking or maintaining. I probably wouldn't recommend them during a cutting phase, although if you know what you're doing with your nutrition I suppose you could make it work.
