Husband loves this stuff
I purchased this at a local big-box store, in box of 6 pouches. My husband started a vegan diet on Jan 1, and this has been a delicious and quick meal when I don't have time to cook. It's boil-in-bag so it's easy to heat. I serve it over rice, although it could be eaten plain. My husband LOVES this. Really glad I found a quick, easy, vegan meal option! :)
