Great ALL Regions DVD player. Easy to set up. Picture quality is good. Value for money is excellent. It has never frozen. HDMI cable comes with the machine. Best part is the support staff that helps should a problem arise. Very prompt in answering emails and solving problems that occur. They honor their warranties. Great company.

Large button remote was perfect for our needs. It was easy to use and set-up. The DVD player stopped reading disks 4 months after purchase (August to December). Update: After the above review I received a replacement in a timely manner. Save your old remotes as they work with the replacement players.

Absolutely perfect for me! I love the way it takes a dvd & skips all the commercials & goes right to the movie! Right up my alley on that! This is a great product, sound quality, size, price and I love the ease of the remote control. I received it fast and the item was well packaged. Thanks!

Very simple. Excellent customer service. Bought this Dec 2024. Stopped working Dec 2025. Contacted customer service. Within 1-2 days received an email with trouble shooting ideas. Didn't help. So they sent me a new unit. It worked, however the open/close button was bent. Sent them a picture of the damaged button. Within a couple days they sent another new one. Third one is a charm! All is good. Thanks to Mike(customer service rep)

I bought my DVD player in 2024 and it worked great. Easy hookup and ready to go. Then last week it started acting up. I contacted customer support and Mike shipped out a new one and it is great. 1st class company. I will buy from them again and I highly recommend this player and business. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve only had this DVD player for a short time but so far I like it and it works as described. Other reviewers have taken issues with the remote. I find it works great and I like it much better than my previous Samsung remote. Playback is fine I’ve only watched a couple DVDs so far but no issues. It’s very small and quiet, much quicker and quieter than my Samsung. A couple things I would like changed 1) Off should be off with nothing on the display. This unit displays OFF and it’s fairly bright. 2) I wish the device could be turned off and have it resume play when turned on. Currently it WILL resume play if left on paused or stopped but it must be left on. 3) unless I don’t have it configured properly HDMI CEC is not available. 4) My LG TV was unable to setup universal remote control. I tried every manufacturer the TV listed and none were able to connect to this player. Even with those wish items I would purchase again. I’ve subtracted one star because of the 4 items I listed above. With those I would rate this player more than 5 stars if possible.

This DVD player has great quality, despite its compact nature and weight. My DVDs display with great clarity, brightness and color. It was also relatively inexpensive and simple to set up. I am extremely pleased with it, after trying it out with a couple dvds of varying ages.

Heel blij met deze dvd speler: ik heb een aantal series die regio 1 zijn... en dan is een europese dvd speler niet wat je nodig hebt. Ik heb deze dvd speler nu 1 jaar en ben er nog steeds erg blij mee. Mooie kwaliteit, afstandsbediening werkt, overzichtelijk ding. Zoek je een goede en niet al te dure regiovrije dvd speler; dan is deze een aanrader

A great machine - not at all complicated and ideal for older "non-techies". It is very simple to use and has many of the features on more expensive machines. The company is one of the best that I’ve ever encountered in terms of customer service. Their response to enquiries is prompt and they offer great support. Highly recommended!

Really good DVD. I like it a lot. It plays all the different regions of DVDs I have. The picture is good, at least to me. I read before purchasing that some of the buyers had an issue with the remote. I find it absolutely all right. No issues so far. And I have quite big hands. :) Installation was quick and basically, I had to connect it and it started to work. Really good item. Very good for the price. Really small. I don't find it loud. To me is quiet. Of course, when the DVD is loading, you can hear it loading, but while watching, no issues at all. So, my personal opinion about this small DVD is 5/5. Exactly what I needed.
