Good little dvd player for the price! It’s not too loud, and is very small and compact! It comes with a remote, and is very easy to use and setup!!! Looks great and works well!!!

I bought my DVD player in 2024 and it worked great. Easy hookup and ready to go. Then last week it started acting up. I contacted customer support and Mike shipped out a new one and it is great. 1st class company. I will buy from them again and I highly recommend this player and business. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Original purchase-December 2024-unit didn't work well. Very touchy operation, but it would work. Used it infrequently, and the player got progressively worse, unit it stopped working altogether. Contacted Electcom Pro directly, and they arranged a new replacement. The new unit works much better than the original, hopefully it will remain so over time. That being said, it's a decent unit for the price, very compact, but the customer service is excellent, so it gets a good review.

Very simple. Excellent customer service. Bought this Dec 2024. Stopped working Dec 2025. Contacted customer service. Within 1-2 days received an email with trouble shooting ideas. Didn't help. So they sent me a new unit. It worked, however the open/close button was bent. Sent them a picture of the damaged button. Within a couple days they sent another new one. Third one is a charm! All is good. Thanks to Mike(customer service rep)

Absolutely perfect for me! I love the way it takes a dvd & skips all the commercials & goes right to the movie! Right up my alley on that! This is a great product, sound quality, size, price and I love the ease of the remote control. I received it fast and the item was well packaged. Thanks!

Arrived on time and as described. Super easy set up and operation, especially for people like me who struggle with things like this! Only had to deal with the power plug and those yellow, white, and red cords. Unit replaces an older DVD that stopped working. I believe the player is capable of playing cd's but haven't tried that function. Set up menu is self explanatory. Device has a small footprint and conveniently fits on the entertainment shelf without rearranging other gear. Does a great job of playing DVDs at a very affordable price, and would highly recommend.

Customer service is excellent. Really. The dvd player is worth the effort of it's wee eccentricites. I haven't tried it on a dvd of region outside. The video and audio quality is going to most likely be as good as your television/monitor output. One thing to watch out for is that if your electrical power blips or is out, when it comes back on the player will have defaulted to play & will begin playing - so you might need to turn it off. Or put it on a switched plug. I'd suggest this machine and the company selling it if you're looking for a useful dvd player in these days when many folks don't need one. It will fill a niche at a resonable price point.

Easy set up. So easy to use. Works great and the picture in HD jumps right off the screen with vivid color! I can enjoy my DVD collection again.
