certain ingrediants well still stick to the bottom of the cooking vessel used ,but not too bad. when first used have windows and doors open because of the burn of the protective coating it set my fire alarm off.I liked the way it has kept it's shape. If Ihad to I would buy again

Comes with a handle which doesn’t burn!
I am very pleased with this diffuser. So far it kept its nice silvery colour. The handle is practical and doesn’t burn.

These replaced one that had taken 30+ years of abuse to wear out . . .
They work very well and allow you to keep pans warm or simmering without burning or boiling away. Couldn'tbe much easier to use - put under pan where you want to keep heat under complete control. Haven't rated 'Easy to clean' because in 30 years use of the last one I never cleaned it - didn't see the need - it never came into contact with anything I was cooking. The last one did still work fine for heat control but the attachment to the handle had come loose and I thought it fully deserved an early retirement.

I use this product to stop food from sticking to the bottom of the pan when heating food up or cooking it and it definitely works. Thank you.

The handle is definitely a plus
I have only used the plate twice, but it does what it says my gas hob never seemed to go low enough for a small but steady simmer, and now the problem is solved with these simmer plates.
