I've started using this as part of the workout routine to help with recovery, coupled with a creatine drink mix and whey protein after hitting the gym. These are easy to take, and don't require mixing in an additional shake beyond the other supplements to drink. My focus is on weight training with quicker recovery periods, which is why I like the L-Glutamine on top of the other supplements.

First I’ve gotta day the capsule form of glutamine makes for a very convenient way to take it. That being said it’s not as strong as other brands I’ve used. Still a good product although I’m tempted to just buy empty caplets and GNC brand glutamine and fill them myself.
