If you really want to lose weight, just get it!
This is a short book, but a fantastic introduction to how to lose weight. Many of these tips I have seen before, like the one about starting your day eating protein (which Tim Ferris talks about), and it makes complete sense. Eating every four hours as well. This short book is probably better than most trendy diets. Great little read!

Really just an infomercial
Has a few solid tips and some interesting science, but this book is basically an infomercial to get you to buy the complete program, just in print. Hard to say whether it’s worth buying.

Good, common sense that also motivates.
An interesting read. Has made me want to follow his advice to sleep properly. It encourages you to take more care of yourself. I wouldn't take the advice on juicing. I've tried it and it sent me crazy!
