For the price you are paying, it's a really good headset. The solo earpiece is a downside, but don't expect that much from a lower price product. For what it is, it works wonderfully. I'm able to get clear quality sound from any party chat or game I have used it with. The microphone is actually surprisingly good for this price point.All in all, for non serious gamers who just want a headset instead of using speakers, it is a good alternative, for a low price. Works great with the Xbox One as well.

Almost! I say that because the product looked brand new even though it was Used - Very Good and arrived on Tuesday when it was expected atleast by Friday so I got it REALLY FAST. the only thing was that sometimes people say my voice goes in and out or they can't hear me with the mic but that's usually fixed by me speaking louder or closer to it, so its not a big deal.Overall I'm pretty satisfied, especially for the price.

Appears to be a real Microsoft headset (basic, cheapest one Microsoft sells) with a Microsoft hologram. However, it comes in an unlabeled blister pack and a plastic bag... no makings at all on the package. If you don't care about the package, it is a good, basic headset. If it holds up like the other, identical headsets we've had, the kids should get about 18 to 24 months of good, solid use out of it.

This is a nice little headset that Xbox has developed. You can hear others fine by using the volume adjustment. At times it is difficult for others to heat you, just unplug from your controller and plug back in - it works fine again. It does not have the sensitivity to pick up the suttle noise that is happening around you, but that does not effect you game play.Do not hesitate to purchase this product.

I cannot tell you how many headsets that I have purchased for my son in the last 2 years--let's just say, too many. At any rate, so far, so good with this purchase, this time around. It is surviving the careless, thunder hands of the males of my family so, I currently count this as a good product. It arrived on time with no muss and fuss as well.

it arrived quickly, is very cheap, but its a Microsoft headset, so it has all the downfalls of that.It wont last very long, even in very careful hands, the sound is alright, and so is the mic, but players might be unheard or not hear you, the mute switch is in an awkward position since its a newer headset.So itll do the job and is a great option if a kid needs a mic, or if you will need to travel with it.You might want to also consider plantronics, they last a fair bit longer but are often $12ish rather than this one for $7ish

i had this before but i gave it to a cousin, my friends can hear my voice but i have to put the mic almost in my mouth, it is fair enought comfortable and the volume is not that loud but i cant complain about the price, if you dont hear a thing my piece of advice is: buy a bigger one with to speakers.
