Absolutely a must have on hand if you own ferrets or carnivorous reptiles. I own both and this stuff has saved their butts more times than I can count, it is easy to mix up and the thickness is easy to adjust with water or unflavored pedialyte (talk to your vet!).Very easy to digest from what I have seen coming out the other end, the ingredients are solid and it's formulated to AAFCOS guidelines for adult cats so it can be fed to some species indefinitely (with a vets guidance).The taste seems to be good as my ferrets love it and it really helps stimulate appetite.

Wasnt expecting a sick asian water monitor to survive. Spent $175 on him, $350 on an exotic vet and $60 on medications. He had an upper respiratory infection and wasn't eating. Syringe feeding him this brought him back to life, he was limp weak and barely opened his eyes. 3 days of Critical Care and he was on his way to being healthy and happy. Fresh, convenient, took a bit longer to come in than expected but I'm glad it made it here for him. High quality for carnivores. The same lizard in both pics, 1 when we first got him i was able to hold him between 2 fingers he was smaller and fit in my palm. Now he's almost to 4 Ft and healthy and thriving. He was only on Critcal Care for 3-7 days can't remember because it was so long ago but now he eats Quail Chicks, Chicken gizzards, hearts, livers, eggs, crickets, mice, crayfish, shrimp and much more. Well worth the investment for a healthy lizard.

This helped my Leopard Gecko recover from becoming very thin when he suffered an illness. He is now mostly off this and mostly back to happily eating bugs. Will definitely use again if needed though hopefully I'll never need to.

This stuff is amazing, only wish I had found it sooner. I have super senior cat (20+) who was always super healthy but got really skinny with age (he also has mild kidney disease and mild hyperthyroidism). He started having dental issues and couldn't eat his favorite dry food and treats. Given his relatively good health for his age, we opted to risk sedation and removed most of his teeth 5 months ago. His was trooper through surgery but his recover has not been easy. He lost interest in food, I started using an appetite stimulant and that worked for a while. But he's lost a lot of weight. Scary amount which I know is common in hyperthyroid cats (he is on meds). I was researching high calorie food and supplements for cats and stumbled on this product in a Reddit thread. Love that I can just sprinkle this into his wet food or mix with water to make a paste or milk" and pour over his current wet food. It stinks really bad but he goes absolutely nuts for this stuff, gobbles it down (we no longer need the stimulant). Now he will not eat unless I use this stuff. It is kitty crack. It has only been about 2 weeks so I am not sure if it is helping his weight given his other health issues, but he is eating ferociously so I am hopeful - even a pound would help!

I've been using this for a few years and the product is always great. I'm a hedgehog breeder and when my hedgehogs need extra care or can't eat solids this is my go to. It definitely helps with my hedgehogs that have impaired nervous systems with wobbly hedgehog syndrome, which is a lot like parkinsons. They say vitamin E helps the syptoms and slows down the progression, and while I cant speak for the progression part it seems to always help the symptoms and give them extra energy. They seem to love the flavor, although I cant imagine testing it myself since is stinks strongly of salmon when warmed up. You mix it with water and then I like to add in some kind of squash (pumpkin or butternut) baby food, the combination works wonders. They always arrive before the delivery date and are in great condition. It says to only to keep it for a week after opening, but I've had no issues of stretching it beyond that as long as its refrigerated and sealed tight. I would tread carefully with that though, lol. It does seem a bit pricey for a very small bag of powdered food, but it costs way more if you get it at the vet, which is who recommended me to this product. I uploaded a pic of our girl Snowdrop getting a feeding, she typically gets it all over her chin...we call it her "mac an cheese face". Its a very happy face 😊

I purchased this for a rescue bearded dragon I'm currently rehabbing -- he's my first dragon, so I'm using this on a recommendation from a reptile expert. I've only been using it for two days, so I'm not certain of any health/energy/growth benefits, but the lizard certainly enjoys eating it, and where I usually have to trick him into eating anything but the other paste I tried, he comes out of his tank at feedings already smacking his lips. It has definitely helped me to put a little weight on him...but I can't say whether it's growth or because he's actually eating something. My only concern is that the packaging says to discard after a week in the fridge, but I won't use it that fast so I've been storing it in the freezer, and letting each measurement of the powder come to room temperature before mixing. I will definitely update as my usage progresses.UPDATE: 1 week after purchaseI have been feeding my beardie this food for about one week now. I prep 2 or more cc in a syringe, and I go through the whole thing throughout the day...I supplement with Flukers repta-boost as it has more water when mixed. HOWEVER, this food has definitely perked my bearded dragon up. Before he was mopey and unwell, rarely ate a lot, and didn't move around the cage. With the new food, he has not stopped running around his enclosure all morning, and when I took him out to feed him he ate much more than he normally does in the morning, and then proceeded to run about my bed, and jump from my hands, and and climb all over. I would absolutely say that this food has been great for helping this little guy get well.
