This product would get a 5 stars from me if the plastic tubing was a bit more thicker.It's still a great product and fits my needs, but...The tubing is REAL thin, which makes it a PITA (Pain In The ***) when your trying to pump it and create the siphon. Once you get a few pumps into the tubing, it collapses, folds in 1/2 which isn't a total pain, I just have to hold the tubing and pinch it until I get the water flowing..I've got some old thicker tubing laying around the house, I've tested it and it works great. But... That defeats the purpose of buying something that should be good to go out of the box.. Anyway...This is a great item if your cleaning smaller tanks, and using a 5gal bucket, which I do on some of my tanks. Great little item at a decent price..

Maybe I didn't know how to use it, but it ended up in the garbage.

The pump drains my fish tank in less then a minute. The only complaint I have is I can never get the vacume to work. So I have to clean my rocks by hand every week. It's not that big of a deal because my tank is only 2.5 gallons. If I had a larger aquarium it would be a hassel.

It’s my first kind of product like this but it is so much nicer than just cleaning with my hands and sponge. It’s great that it has the filter to keep our gravel

This is a very useful little starter kit. I have a 40 gallon long tank and all the products have been perfect for cleaning it

It was so easy to use and worked great for our 20 and 50 gallon tanks highly recommend.

I used this for my 10gal tank it works alright i tried using the big tube i put on it doesn't get to deep in the rocks an i had to keep pumping the hole time to keep the water flowing if you didn't have a bunch of lil rocks that fill the bottom an you just had a small layer it will work just not on a bunch the net is great thick made well

I want to love this gravel cleaner but it has some serious cons.Pros:+ It has a great hand pump to start the suction so I don’t have to suck on the hose.+ it does have a check so you can slow the water flow through the hose, good for a nano aquarium.+ comes with 2 gravel filter lengths so you have options.+good gravel filter at the top to keep gravel out of the tube.Cons-plastic is very flimsy. And collapses on itself.-no way to shorten the foot long extension over our of the gravel filter (flanged larger connectors larger than the tube)-the connection points are weak so it lets air into the tube so looses syphon effect.

So I’ve had this for about 3 months and in the first 3 uses of the vacuum the flap to prime it fails to operate. For what I paid I may as well just use a chunk of garden hose. Greatly let down. It was purchased so my kid could take care of his pets and now I’m back at it.

Works well - Hard to argue since price is low -- siphon tube is soft so it has tendency to bend -- However suction is VERY strong

Does the job but sure that it won't last long. Cheap plastic and even with a 1$ net, the price is way too high for what it is.

It works but it’s super cheaply made. End comes off all the time. Would not recommend.
