Sizes run small
I'm male (5'7" 140lbs. Waist:31" Hips:36.5") and bought the "Large" size for a drag show performance. I needed an item that could be further enhanced for an exaggerated curvy look, and I should have bought the 2XL or 3XL, as the "Large" was very tight around the waist, and almost did more of a compaction than an enhancement of the hip area. Poking bits of material showed through fabric. The quality was fair, with a few extraneous threads hanging from the padding inserts. I was not able to use this due to the small size, but this was my fault.

Do not buy it
Do not buy it's not the same in the picture it's totally different!!!! It's literally an underwear with too tiny pads it's not even a short !! Very disappointed!!

Uncomfortable and fraying elestic band
Then pads are great contour and shape. The problem is the shorts itgoes in. They're fine around the thighbut EXTREMELY tight and uncomfortable around the waist. The elestic started fraying the second time I tried wearing them. I am 5'6" and maybe 130 lbs. Not big I n the waist at all either. Super bummed out

Do not buy, very bad quality, I am returning this. Very small and do not stretch material.

I would not recommend
I bought a size xxl and the actual under garment has to be a size XS with a XXL tag ! The waist literally fits around my upper thigh ! Lol ps my 8yr old is holding them for the pic .

I would double size up next time!
They fit really snug. I’m around a med/large in pants, i got an xl and it’s still so tight it hurts my belly,
