Hands down, the BEST thing about this light is that it is USB re-chargeable. Prior to owning this light, I owned the Knog Frog Lights. The design and concept were much the same. The major, important differences being the battery, and the placement of the on/off button. The with Knog Frog, the lights would constantly turn on in my backpack, and the battery would drain. This was a major inconvenience, as the batteries were expensive, and often hard to find. This version of the light solves both those problems. They are more eco friendly, as a result, and also save me a ton of money. The upfront cost is certainly more than the Frogs, but its worth it in the end.

Works great. Not overly bright and easy to put on/take off. The battery last my entire ride (about 3 hours). Would buy again.

シンプルなゴツかわいいデザインが好みで愛用しています。数年使って買い替えになりました。現在２代目を使用しています。買い替え前の状態は以下のとおりです。・ゴム部分に傷がついてしまい、そこから亀裂が容易に進展します。最後はぷっつり切れてしまいました。　繊維質の何かとかは入っていません。純粋にゴム（シリコン？）だけです。・端子の内部に接触不良部が出来たらしく、特定の方向に荷重をかけないと充電できなくなりました。・通勤で使っていますが、30分×１週間程度で電池切れするようになりました。　購入初期の充電量の1/2～1/3くらいに低下している印象です。つけ外しを丁寧にして、外した後の保管状態に気を配れば多少は長持ちするでしょう。まぁ数年ごとに交換でも私は満足していますが。

I bought the Knog after reading reviews and looking at the specifications for the product. I live in northern Europe in a city where it is dark half the year. I require a light for visibility for evening biking in bike-only commuter lanes.The Knog fails in all regards. Here is why:1. quality. within 48 hours of using it the external heart came off and within 2 months the rubber had deteriorated.2. charge. what really is misleading about the light is its charge. According to specifications, it is supposed to last for 2 hours on steady, and 11 hours on flash. It does neither. I can use it for about an hour to fourty five minutes on flash mode before it dies. A light bought at the dollar store works better and for longer. Do not waste your money on this.3. design. the problem with its design is the light's two part locking mechanism, which looks nice but is completely impractical as you have to be extremely careful when you put it on. If you happen to be attaching the light in the dark and accidentally drop it (which is possible as it is small), the silver locking mechanism comes off the rubber body very easily. As it is small, it is difficult to find on the ground without the light you just dropped (and crucial - if you lose it you can't attach the light).

very small and compact. if you care about aesthetics this disappears on your front handlebars. also super bright, but my cheapo chinese LEDs seemed about the same. will test again in the sun

良いところ* コンパクト* 明るい* 家に帰ったらUSBに挿すだけで充電出来る悪いところ* この手のライトに多いが、発光パターンが無駄に多くて操作ミスによる再調整が面倒くさい。「オン/点滅/オフ」だけでいい。* 電源オフがわかりにくい。オンにするときは長押ししているとライトがついて操作が完了したことがわかるのだが、オフにするときは長押ししていても消灯せず、放した時に消える。なので、いつ手を離していいのかわからない。* USB充電なので外出先でバッテリー切れになるとお手上げ* バッテリーの駆動時間が点灯だとわずか2時間。点滅でも11時間しかもたない。
