Excellent product
Very high potato content and the best gluten free gnocchi I have found. I even prefer it to the normal gnocchi available in supermarkets. As with all gluten free products you have to pay more than those containing gluten which is a shame, but this one is very good. In fact all of the Gatofalo gluten free range is excellent, so much do that I no longer cook separate pastas for myself and my gluten intolerant husband as I used to when using supermarket gf pasta. I am very glad to have found this range of gluten free products and I have them on monthly subscription.

if you like gnocchi you will like this gf version
Why do people rave about gnocchi? It is like eating glue. Before I wrote this review I spoke to a couple of people who had eaten a gluten loaded variety of it (gluten free can sometimes change a texture in some things) and they said the same. The gluten free is the same as the other normal gnocchi. So if you like gnocchi, you'll like this. If you haven't tried gnocchi I honestly would not recommend it but it may be like marmite so give it a go. Just don't ebut a boat load before you know 😉

Best gluten free gnocchi!
As a big gnocchi fan really wanted to find a gluten free alternative. It tasted exactly the same as regular gnocchi. I boiled it for 2 mins then pan fried in a little butter to crisp up the outside. Held its form, texture and taste exactly as I like it.
