Wheelybug Toddler Ride On Animal, Safety Certified Developmental Toy (Small, Ladybird)

Couldn’t decide if I should get a small or large one for my 1 year old’s birthday because I thought she’ll “grow out of it” too quickly especially that she’s quite tall for her age. But opted to a small one and it’s perfect. She could ride it almost straight away. Even my 4 year old enjoys riding it.

The ladybird design really appeals not only to me but also to our toddler and 5-year old. The toddler cannot ride on it yet, as she seeks sturdy stability for early steps rather than a moving thing. But I have seen her TALK to the ladybug and she pings her feelers with endless joy. My reservation: Everything about the bug is clearly made to last and the wood and metal parts give a nice natural feel, however the PU cover is a concession to cost, I feel - sturdy, but not very natural.

Best toy ever! Kids played with it starting from age of 1 to 6, until we eventually have it away to a friend with smaller children. It's a good toy to gain equilibrium and coordination, excellent before buying bikes or similar "vehicles". Plus it's just adorable and stayed just as pretty all this time! Have to appreciate the base board being in plain wood, as any colourful paint there would leave marks on the walls as has happened with some other toys, plus it is nicely round on edges so bumping into any object or person is not really a problem.

My little one plays with it all day, and her 8 year old brother. They love it! It’s very stable on the floor, they can go fast, my I’ll Tel one even holds it in her hands and hugs it, and best part- it doesn’t take much space in the house, so the dad is happy too!

This is fabulous! A beautifully attractive wooden toy but also the ladybug material is very durable and wipeable. The wheels are great, moving easily and change direction with no problem. The bar is quite low for a young toddler to walk and push it but otherwise great
