I have a puppy who has recently been taken out of her Kennel. I wanted a camera that I would not need to do to much work to install. The Camera came with everything needed for set up. I did not need anything additional unless I was planning on mounting the camera on the ceiling. ( That did not intimidate me either) Things were just simple. The picture quality is great for what it's being used for. Its 1080P so the quality is acceptable. It is important to ensure you review the details before placing your order. They were very detailed with the setup in the mini-manual. They did not provide too much information just enough to get you up and running. One thing I will note is that if you have a phone case and you are in paring mode it will interfere. Make sure you take off whatever case you have on the phone during pairing. Took me 2-3 times to figure it out lol. The camera also has a clear night vision too. The motion sensor is a tad bit sensitive so I just turned it off since the purpose of the camera is not for security but for pet sitting.I hope you found this review helpful. :) Don't forget to click the thumbs up .

Really nice product for the priceGot two of these cameras for the house and I’m really happy with the results and their performance.They are easy to set up and the app is easy to use as well, it also offers a cloud service if you want to back up photos or video. In fairness the app was a bit glitchy at first when adding one of the cameras but it resolved itself within a few minutes and I haven’t had an issue since.You can move the camera from your fingertips and it really has a wide frame to move in.Comes with a color mode and a night mode that are really clear to see.You can also set up parameters for an alarm to go off in response to movement or noise if you like.The two way microphone is nice, while not the loudest, you can definitely have a conversation through it (and startle your husband when bored at work)Overall really good product, especially for the price. I’m sure you could get more bells and whistles with a more expensive product but I think this is a perfect balance between cost and performance.

I honestly couldn’t justify spending $100 on a camera to check on my dog. I found this and the reviews were good and for $47 I took the chance. This is the best piece of mind EVER!!! Our pup has anxiety, so much so that we got a escape proof kennel because he was hurting himself escaping. Well he started to flip the kennel so that wasn’t working. If we left him out he would destroy everything. He ate through furniture, shoes, doors, (yes doors!), etc. We bought this camera and as you can see he knows it’s there, we can talk to him and he hasn’t destroyed a thing! When we leave he moves stuff around, but he hasn’t tore up a thing in 2 months.

This camera has a great HD quality and is very easy (if somewhat noisy) to set up. For the most part, the app is easy to use, but it can sometimes have trouble connecting to the camera again if its unplugged. The night vision and motion sensors work well, and moving the camera is as easy as scrolling your fingers through the video feed. If you choose not to use an SD card or their cloud, recording is as easy as hitting a button and it saves directly to your phone.Tip: If you are having issues with the camera lagging and the app freezing, change the charger cable you're using. Not all micro-USB chargers are equal, and I had a lot of issues with the app freezing and the camera not wanting to move with the first charger I used (because it was already plugged into my wall). When I switched chargers, VOILA. The camera app became more responsive and things worked well.

This camera has amazing picture quality, I'm impressed! My dog has separation anxiety, so I worry about her a lot when I am away. With this camera, you can pan the camera from left to right and up or down. It's range is great where you can literally place the camera in the center of the room and, from the app, turn it from it's left side behind it all the way around front, through to the right side behind it just by swiping across the screen with the camera's image live the whole time. I love the motion tracking feature. I set the camera in my living room where my dog typically spends a good part of her day but she has multiple locations that she'll randomly select. I have the ability to tilt the camera up and down from the app as well by swiping up and down on the camera's image live to locate her, and then touch the microphone to talk to her. It’s a relief to see her ears perk up when she hears my voice. I can also hear her bark with excitement through the camera's built-in microphone. I will be purchasing additional cameras for each room.The setup is simple using your phone or tablet, running the free MIPC Cam app. You first need to verify that your device is connected to the Wifi in your home where you will be using the camera. You then start the MIPC Cam app and select the +Camera button. The app will walk you through the remaining steps. Basically, you assure the camera is on, enter the password for the wireless access router your phone is currently connected to, click Next, and a QR code appears on the screen of your phone. You now hold the screen of your phone in front of the MIPC camera's lens and it provides an audible tone and LED light indicator when it is finished reading the QR code. The app will now inform you that it is paired. It's that simple! I would highly recommend this camera to family, friends with children or pets.
