Emailed company and there is a $15 restocking fee. Really, they are going to restock this item that does not work? Sonic to me means there is a really fast vibration. Well, this has nothing. Just a piece of metal that gets really, really hot. Will not buy anything from desertcart ever again. Have never dealt with a company that has a restocking fee for an item that does not work.
