I am an elder who had cataract surgery in the past and was having major problems with my eyes watering, blurring, etc. In desperation I looked for a product that might help and was very happy when I found UpNourish AREDS 2. I experimented with the dosage and now take one pill in the morning and one with dinner. It has been like a miracle for my eyes and I will probably need to take it the rest of my life. It didn't work immediately, but after a few weeks I noticed a huge improvement. Like other supplements, it is a little pricey, but how do you put a price on your vision? It is well worth it! If in doubt, you need to try it.

They Seem to be working for my eyes, no upset stomach or headaches Like some that I've taken in the past, only down fall is they look like horse pills and are difficult to swallow at times...

This worked really well for my dry eyes. It completely cleared up. I ran out and in about 3 weeks it came back. I’m ordering more right now.

The last few years I’ve suffered from severely dry eyes, blurred vision and crust in my eyes when I wake up. I don’t know if it’s due to age, I’m 59, or medications or what. My eyes were so dry, that from rubbing them I ended up with a detached retina. I read all the positive reviews on this so I was hopeful (and desperate!) I needed relief. These were delivered a couple weeks ago and I started taking one per day immediately. The first 2 or 3 days I didn’t notice much but after about 5 days, wow, what a difference! (Angels singing) I’m not running to the medicine cabinet every couple of hours for eye drops any longer! My eyes feel way more lubricated and no more blurred vision, plus the crustiness in my eyes has gone way down when I wake in the morning. I’m blown away quite honestly. These are a MIRACLE. Can’t believe how great these work! I can never be without these now! I have them on subscription delivery. I just hope they don’t stop making this product. There’s no funny taste, easy to swallow, no funky smell either. If you have dry miserable eyes, TRY THESE! You won’t be disappointed, I promise you! Highly, highly recommend!

These really helped ! I noticed improvement after a few weeks of taking these every day. Helped the constant burning, stinging, I felt like something was either in my eye or was scratching it continuously . No eye drops helped , not even those expensive prescription I will keep buying these Update! These really help but I got stupid and ordered another brand thinking the ingredients were the same and they were a little cheaper. BIG MISTAKE. I noticed my burning and stinging returning and I checked bottle. They didn’t have the same mg amounts of the main supplements that worked. I reordered these and will never do that again if you suffer from dry eye stinging burning and sensitivity. You have to try these. Give it one month I’m sure you will notice improvements

I find this product very helpful in relieving eye strain pain after a long day. I take 2 every day and rarely have eye strain pain.

I ordered this item on May 21st 2024 and received it today May 27th. However, when I checked the expiration date I was very surprised to see it marked as MARCH 2024 (see attached image). Initially, I thought I may have seen the date wrongly and scrutinized it again just to make sure.. It is indeed already EXPIRED (based on the date given)! My 1st thought was to write this product review, and my 2nd to ask the question: Is it still safe to take? After speaking to my opthalmologist, he advised a return or replacement.
