Super yummy!!
I have tried a lot of gluten free bread and have always been disappointed. BUT, this bread is so tasty, I love it!! This is my new go to bread for toast!A bit too crumbly to eat as in a sandwich, but that isn’t a huge deal to me!

Delicious, healthy GF bread! (Not anymore)
UPDATE:I bought a few loaves of the flaxseed oat bread directly from Ebans a couple of weeks ago and I was very disappointed. The packaging changed (the loaves are now wrapped in plastic then placed within the bag) which seems to make the slacked smaller, and the flavour and texture of the bread was totally different. There are no longer any flaxseeds visible in the bread, and it tastes a bit like a blend of the flaxseed oat and cinnamon raisin (there’s this odd hint of sweetness at the end). Altogether this is a bad combination for me, and I may not reorder from Ebans again (though as a last ditch effort I may order the plain oat bread and see if it’s still good). All that said, I’m downgrading my original 5-star rating to 3 stars.I took a chance on ordering these loaves in an attempt to stock up for COVID-19. I'm gluten intolerant and I generally avoid processed foods, so I often find it hard to find easy, low-prep foods. I have rice for days, but I wanted something else to help supplement meals and snacks. These breads have been a God send! They have a hearty, non-gritty texture and they taste like actual food! Not only that, but they arrived much earlier than estimated. I ordered them on Sunday and got them, frozen, that Friday. According to their description, they bake these breads, freeze them, and ship them every Monday, and that aligns well with my shipping timeline.Per their recommendation, you should freeze these breads when you get them and either let them thaw naturally or toast them, rather than microwaving. These breads have been a pleasant surprise, and I look forward to being a repeat customer :).

Best Gluten Free Bread I have had !
One of my friends turned me on to this bread , I am allergic to gluten and my girl is always trying to make me bread with alternative flours and she really gets close but last wed I went ahead and ordered 4 loaves from Ebans. Saturday I looked outside and there was my box with 4 loaves and two boxes of chocolate chip cookies ( which were amazing btw) They were packaged amazingly also. So first I ate a cookie ! And then I was like I need to see if this bread is good toasted. Man I miss toast , I put it in the toaster and cut it up a little higher and when it was ready I threw some butter on there and was like , yep this is GOOD.! Most gluten free to me isnt quite right. So then later on in the day i made a pizza on a couple of pieces. Once again it worked .Sunday I made a turkey sandwich and once again GREAT. My chick made me an omlet and some toast for breakfast today and so I am sold , this is def the closest gluten free bread to match regular bread that I have had . I can't say anything bad , Only good 5 StarsHere is an update , now that I am almost finished with my first 4 loaves I have realized that when you make a sandwich before or after its made , throw it in the mic for a few seconds and it will soften the bread a little to make the sandwich even a little better , BREAD IS STILL AWESOME after these few weeks.

This Delicious Bread Lives Up To Its Name
All gluten free bread is not created equally. OMG! This bread is seriously out of this world delicious! The texture, flavor and thickness is cohesive and comparable to regular bread. It's in my top three of favorite brands. Price wise it is a little expensive, but I feel like it's more about quality and I feel like it's worth the money most definitely.I live on the west coast and there was an issue with one loaf arriving moldy and that's only because the weather was hot and not enough ice in the packaging. That issue was resolved snip snap promptly through amazon contact because their direct email wasn't working properly. Not one replacement loaf was sent but another four loaf variety pack was shipped immediately. This shows that the owners take pride, back their product up and care of their customers to the highest level.I actually can't say anything negative about this bread at all which is odd because I'm typically picky about certain things. My favorites of the gluten free variety pack are the cinnamon raisin and the seeded bread. I love them all though and it's not only good toasted, but just defrosted works wonderfully too which doesn't happen with most gluten free brands. Not only is their bread delicious it looks beautiful too!I'm so glad I stumbled upon this brand perusing Amazon. It's a keeper in my freezer for sure!If you are gluten free or just changed your diet please give this a try - it will not disappoint!

All varieties have TOO MUCH SODIUM per Slice and bread is costly.
If you’re not big on flavor, and you don’t have to count your sodium intake, and you don’t mind small pieces of bread that take forever to toast then this is the loaf of bread for you. When a slice of bread is 200 mg of sodium I just don’t understand the Baker. You would think if there was that much sodium in a slice of bread that the bread would be very tasty but this is flat no taste. Very big disappointment in the morning when you’re looking for a nice piece of toast!
