I’m a black lipstick girl,but wanted to switch it up with a grey color. This formula is smooth and dried beautifully. Love it!

I have been looking al over for the right smoky gray for my complexion with no luck until now and I can see this being in my purse very often. Creamy, smooth, and long-lasting!

I have purchased this type of lipstick before but not in this particular color so I'm not sure if it was just the formula for this color but it didn't dry down like the other tubes I have did. I only wear lipstick that is smudge/transfer proof because I have lip piercings and they become messy otherwise. The color is very nice but I'm disappointed that I can't use it unless I set it with powder which does alter the color slightly and makes it drying on my lips. If you don't have the same concern with it drying down, it's really a lovely lipstick otherwise.

I wear black or grey lipstick almost everyday, so I like longer lasting and cheap. Great value for the cost here. It stays through a meal and constant hydration for about 3-4 hours for me, then I lick my lips and firmly wipe off with toilet paper. Then I reapply for the next few hours of wear. If you have realistic expectations, you’ll probably love it. It’s also nice that one application is enough to make it opaque, some black lipsticks require 2-3.

I ordered this in Stone Fox and another color that's will take about a month to get here. I received the Stone Fox today and tried it out! I immediately got compliments! The first one literally was "Wow! You look great!", then "where'd you find that lipstick?!", Etc. Worth it! Love it! Can't wait to wear tomorrow. Lasted since I put it in at around 4pm and I ate, it's still on at 11:28pm!

It was very smooth, didn’t dry my lips out either. Good color. Came off a bit easy when drinking but that’s alright. Good lip stick

When I ordered this item in black and red, I was under the impression that this was matte lipstick. When I opened the bottle and put it on, I noticed that it did not dry as matte lip wear should. I also noticed that the colored appeared to be a cross between grey and green. Very ugly indeed. This item was very similar to wearing high shine lip gloss/lip stick. The texture was very thick and sticky. I will never order products by this manufacturer again nor will I ever recommend them.

I'm extremely torn leaving this review. The product, Nyx Liquid Suede "Stone Fox" sold at a great price and shipped quickly. It is an absolutely gorgeous color, grey at first with some blue behind it when it dries so it's a color nearly everyone can wear, in my opinion. It can also be made metallic by brushing a little light colored glitter on your lip on top of the product and blending a bit. I've worn it 4-5 times since it arrived and have mixed reviews on it. FIRST I must mention I love Nyx products and have more of this product, in other colors. Those colors were bought directly from the Nyx website.Here's the Lowdown:Pros--1. Quality product2. plenty of product in the tube3. glides on smoothly4. highly pigmented, no need for a million touchupsCons--1. the product fades in such a way that you end up looking like you used a bluish lipliner to draw around your lips2. you do need to reapply 2-3 times (depending on your fade)3. This is one of the STICKIEST liquid lipsticks I have ever used. I simply pressed my lips together and they stuck together for several seconds before releasing. My other Liquid Suedes are not nearly as sticky as this one, it is possible it is old product or something like that.4. It feels heavy on the lip, and putting gloss or chapstick did not help with that or the sticky issue.5. You definitely need a good oil-based remover (or you can do what I do and get a washcloth to scrub it off your lips--extra exfoliation!)Altogether, I don't know how to recommend this--it's a beautiful, pigmented liquid lipstick from a quality brand, but you could almost use it as glue. I'd recommend buying directly from the website Nyx has or try Ulta so you know it's new stock and you can swatch it to see how it performs. However, this product is so beautiful I am looking for ways to make it more so!
