Great replacement for my outdated shade
I had an ancient glass flare shade on my pendant light since I was a child in my home, never really cared for it and didn't like the cast of light it gave the room.This shade diffuses the light just subtly enough that brighter settings on my smart bulb aren't like a spotlight but I still get a really good degree of light in my bedroom. And it's nice having a shade long enough to encapsulate the whole lightbulb for once so when I'm laying down to read or play games on my bed I don't have a lightbulb burning my eyeballs if I need to glance up toward that area of the room for some reason.It's sleek and looks really modern/stylish and the gold color is super pretty. I love that installation was a breeze (I only swapped my old shade for the new one though, I didn't do a full install with the cord and base bc I don't trust myself to mess with wiring). For the price, it can't be beat if this is your style.
