If You Give a Moose a Muffin

I love this book, as you get older you forget the little things in life that just made you so happy. I loved reading this book as me and my mom made morning muffins, but I also remember some beloved elementary school teachers reading this book as well. This is just such a cute story about a boy, a moose, and it all started with a muffin. The artwork is beautiful, the book came in great condition, I have added this to my children's book bookshelf. This is a great book to bring back to light in kids lives nowadays. Great classic, highly recommend!

Good fun in reading to her. I will probably End up buying the rest little by little My granddaughter loves books!! Her mother takes her to the library often!!

Anything in this series by Numeroff is very good, inthink this was the original and still an adorable read. Highly recommend to read to your grands 6 and under.

Wonderful story and vibrant illustrations. A must have for every young child.

The series of books are one of my students favorite books. I’ve almost bought the entire collection for him to keep inside my classroom. All of the students love when I read this book to them and I think it’s super cute and fun. If your teacher, I would highly recommend this for your classroom.

My favorite of the "If you Give a Mouse a Cookie" works! The illustrations are bright and engaging (so many things for a 3 year old to point out!), the story is cute and moves well, and it's a book I can read to my toddlers over and over again without getting sick of it. Great for transitioning from reading to your child to them reading it themself. When it first arrived, my daughter insisted I read "The Moose Book" and after we finished it, she immediately wanted to read it again (usually she's a 1 book, 1 time, NEXT! girl). After the second time through, she took the book over to the couch and "read" through it by herself cover to cover at least twice. My 2 year old will actually sit all the way through it too, which is saying something because he's usually done with reading after the first couple pages of a book. My daughter keeps using her socks as puppets. :D

Fun story, well worded, wonderful illustrations- my grandkids kept asking repeatedly for me to read it to/with them. They loved getting the hang of it and knowing what was coming next. Highly recommend.

I first saw this book last October. It was in a beautiful book store in Mystic, Connecticutt. I wanted to bring it home but already had a bulging suitcase so regretfully left it behind. But some books stay with you and this was one of them. Several months later I knew that I HAD to send off for it but was worried that I would be disappointed when it arrived, that my initial brief perusal had been misjudged. I'm relieved to say it wasn't. This is a wonderful book. It delivers on every level with stunning, engaging illustrations and clever text which leads you on to the next page never quite knowing what is going to happen next. A couple of weeks ago I wrote a blog entitled 'Every Story is a Love Story'. This may be a picture book but it is also a form of love story between a boy and a moose, between a writer and her craft, between an illustrator and the characters whom she has brought to life on the page. For me this is a classic book, one not to be missed and never to be parted from.

Um livro muito bom.

The one year old loves the hard coved pages. That is one of the man reasons we ordered from this author. The book lasts longer, easy to turn & handle & very cute stories. I will reorder more books.
