Good quality product
Only issue, if fitting(as per main image) above shower mixer valve, leaver operates behind & hits the wall. not clear in description. Can be turned other way round. otherwise OK.

Doesn’t shut off completely
The valve is easy enough to install, but unfortunately it doesn’t completely shut off the flow, so water always comes out of both the overhead shower and the handheld shower. I would have returned the item had I realised sooner.

Broken after 3 months / Brass and chrome outer / cheap fragile plastic spindle
This item seemed fit for purpose and would have had 5 stars if I’d reviews initially - nice chrome finish and felt solid sold as solid brass for durability. Sadly after only 3 months and little use, the diverter tap sheared off from the unit and it is obvious that the internal mechanism has a plastic spindle - this has sheared !!

Replacement valve
Really simple to replace an existing ‘push/pull’ valve with this one.

Easy install
Great product to add a second shower hose and head to a power shower.

Leaky Plastic Washers are useless
Compared to the las one I had this is very light in weight. The washers are useless, even with the 2, one white one black it leaks when hand tightened. You would need a spanner and grips to tighten and even then, there was still a little leak from the nut end. I think the nut used to connect is too deep; so if you're connecting to a pipe with short thread, you will need a number of washers. My recommendation Don't Buy.

Only lasted 3 months until the plastic internals gave up.
The valve only lasted 3 months until the handle snapped clean off.
