I want to love this but i can't. Picture quality is awesome. However I can't figure out the app. It's more focused on selling me a cloud. I would even buy cloud service if i could get notified when notion os detected. My cousin has a cheap camera at her house with terrible sound quality that inspired me to buy these. I left my phone at her house after she helped me turn notifications on. She didn't hear the 7 notifications I received on my drive home. I got back to her house n saw my entering house wasn't even detected or sent to my phone. Now I've got it set to home and its sending notifications for crying baby but yet I'm not hearing my phone make any special sounds. What gives? I hear a text message or messenger notification n realize I also have another yi symbol. I need help figuring this out or I'm sending these back 🙃Also this thing following me around makes a loud scratchy sound...its watching the TV now 🙄 🤣🤣

As of today i freaking LOVE these cameras BUT this company has newer models under a different brand not sure yet if they can be mixed if not this will be a issue for me cause i want more! I need outside cams now the app is great the alerts are very sensitive a fly can set them off so that sucks but not a big deal at all. The motion tracking is very cool and works great! The 2 way audio isn't that loud and you do need to speak very loud if you speak softly it will come out as a whisper. But for the price im very very happy. Tried a few other budget cam set ups this is the best! If you want more cams though or outdoor cams maybe look at their other brand kami or see if they can be mixed.. Hooking them up is plug and play very easy Q.R code for the app log on to the app set up wifi gives you another Q.R CODE on your phone face it to the camera after pluging it in and your done there is actual voice prompts that walk you through this step bye step

Always skeptical when you see a lot of good reviews but they are true, what a deal for decent cameras. I bought 2 packs to keep an eye on my elderly parents and can talk to them and here them. The picture quality is not great at full zoom but good enough for the price paid.I would give this 5 stars for how easy it was to install 4 cameras and secure as the camera needs to interact with your phone in person to connect. You want privacy? Just unplug the camera, simple as that.For the price paid 5 stars would not be out of line but just judging it without taking the price into consideration it is 4 stars. Still an excellent deal and I would highly recommend them to anyone on a budget, you can get better picture quality by spending more though.

These cameras were ok. Picture quality was ok but the motion activation would pick up something random and the cameras would turn and focus on a wall instead. I had someone mess with the breaks on my car and while going through my feed these dumb cameras turned and pointed towards a wall instead of the yard so I never got the much needed evidence. I had motion detection turned off but it still did it. I've decided to upgrade to a better camera system and cancel the subscription these cameras require however I'm getting a run around to where I can't cancel. On the website they kept offering me discounts to not leave and then it wouldn't let me cancel on their website and said I had to do it over email. Well the email they sent me is the same stuff, needing to know why I'm canceling and I only had 4 excuses to choose from which all result in me being offered a discount to keep the service. If I ask to cancel its because I want to cancel and your crap company offering me a discount is not going to make me stay. Canceling shouldn't be a hassle. Your company is crap and I'm trashing these cameras.

I use these all the time. The picture is very clear, sound is good, and I love how they rotate to get a full view. You just have to be careful about where you place them. First, they have to be plugged in. Also, they have to be on the edge of a table/shelf. Otherwise, the picture will be blocked. I wish they titled up & down more.

Work great at first , now they have all stopped working . Will be looking for a different brand.

This has been a good product as far video quality goes. Super easy set up/install. We’ve had them for a little over a year and the sound went out a few months ago. No sound from any of them (we have 4) so I will be speaking to tech support. We will see what they say!

I received these quickly and the setup was really simple and fast. I have installed 2 SD cards I am not paying for the Yi cloud service since I use a separate hard drive for media storage and they work great. I have seen several people complaining that they were forced or tricked into paying for the cloud storage - LOL! Do your research. I have also seen that these cameras have been easily hacked... another LOL! These cameras are connected via WI-FI so if your "camera has been hacked" your entire WI-FI network has been hacked. The night vision works fine but you get bad reflections from windows at night if you are trying to use it to monitor outside through a window but work great if you have a motion sensor light to illuminate the area you are monitoring. Overall really good for the $$$.
