Very flimsy

Much bigger than my previous crate even though the length is just 1 inch longer , excellent quality and value , easily assembled A*****

It's a little on the flimsy side but it's still good value for the money. The tray is too small and I think a dog could easily injure itself by getting it's feet caught between the tray and the cage wire. I made a pad to cover the whole cage and a set of bumpers to stop the puppues getting stuck but I do that for all my cages.

This was easy to assemble and great for our puppy which is a whippet/ greyhound, 2 way doors so great for any room / space , secure lock , very happy

Internal height good however door height considerable lower so makes it difficult to get pup in & out, needs to be taller

Bent bars, causing the walls not to click properly. Stiff door handle, have to use great force to open and shut it. Absolutely avoid this seller. I asked for a refund under the consumer rights act 2015 and was refused. I collect two puppies tomorrow and i should not be expected to fork out my money to buy two new crates else where NEITHER should i be expected to go without. If you buy something you expect it to be as it should be, not both damaged!!! I cannot guarantee if i return them that i’ll have two crates tomorrow as i will not of received a refund beforehand. Disgusting amazon customer service and terrible poor quality crates by this seller!!!!
