It's a simple ordinary turmeric powder which we use in kitchen. It's non absorbing material. For proof just open a capsule and try to mix it with water. You will be tired but it will not mix. They r befooling by selling Turmeric powder. Beware####

It's Described 1000mg but only 450 in each capsule and you get 75 caps ..Where as advised to take 2 caps 2 times a day so meaning it will last u less than 20 days for the price paid it's expensive ... Results and effect of curcumin is fine on me as I have been taking curcumin Haldi by other providers cheap than this

This is a Very decent product! I take it everyday 2 capsules right after my breakfast. I increase the dosage to 3 capsules per day when I get any bacterial infections like cold and cough, viral etc and it really takes care of it.
