exactly what I needed, and a wood holder to make it easier to get in and out of the bbq without burnt fingers and palms. I have used it a few times already, its easy to use, just pre oil with cast iron pan oil, pre heat in the bbq, toss onthe marinated chicken and veggies and off ya go. Use some hot mits and move the pan to the wood board when cooking is complete, and you can serve directly from that to table, no need for another serving plate (NOTE the gridldle is still HOTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!)

The plate is very nice but was a bit disappointed that all 4 inner corners of the wood holder were chipped.very nice overall except for that.

It's okay, but the pan is very hard to remove from the oven because the pan has no handles to grab- it *looks* like it has some, but they are minimal and not good enough for actual use. Wood also has a very cheap looking veneer that chipped away with gentle use. If it got wet, it would be absolutely ruined right away because it's that cheap. But hey it's affordable and I use it for tiny fajitas or a small plate fried rice so it does the job.
