Image is deceptive
I got this product delivered and while checking I was shocked to see that what was displaying in the site and what I received is completely different. the slabs/rack displayed in the picture was black but what I had received is Grey. The price I paid does not even meet the standard of the product.The hooks on the sideways are well crafted to fit properly and from the image, it appears as a plastic hook in Z shape. What I have got is not even fitting properly and the size of the hook is so small that I cannot even fit this. More so, its a S shape hook. I wonder whether a sanity check is indeed been done by Amazon to verify what is displayed is indeed what a customer get. **PLEASE DON'T GO BY THE IMAGE. IT IS DECEPTIVE**. We strictly want that a complaint been taken against the seller for misleading common people by quoting a higher price and then by giving some discount to lure us to buy such product.

Disappointed. Is the product quality compromised during the pandemic?
The picture is misleading. Amazon intervention needed. The actual product is a flimsy one not worth the price. Product description like height, weight of the product, thickness of the plates and angles etc are not given. Picture gives the impression of a sturdy well-finished product which can be conveniently assembled or disassembled, but it falls far below the expectation of the purchaser on actual receipt in terms of finish, sturdiness and maneuverability etc. The plates are welded and not fixed with nuts and bolts and are therefore not movable. The castor wheels also appear different from what is shown in the picture. Don't know what is supplied is the product shown in the picture. Not at all a good bargain for the price

Not as projected in the photo.it says movable shelves but they are fixed and the hooks provided are small and don't fit. Very poor packing. The bottom shelf dented won't recommend anyone to buy this product. THE PRICE VERY HIGH FOR QUALITY PROVIDED. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
