HP L1710 17-inch LCD Monitor

It's a shame Amazon isn't selling this anymore. It's a nice flat screen monitor for the price; around $100.00. Can't beat that. We purchased this monitor for our son when his old CRT finally died. We specifically looked for a NON wide screen as he is into art and a wide screen distorted his work. Item was delivered promptly as always. Absolutely no problems with set up. The drivers are a tad flaky but that's okay. He doesn't need to even use any of it. One thing though. It goes into "sleep mode" which we turned off. It was interfering with Windows Standby. That did create problems. Should have been easier to turn that feature off, as it is enabled by default. It's been quite awhile now and this monitor is still going strong. We don't expect it to last for ten years, but for the price it can't be beat. Bring this one back Amazon!

I have had 2 of these monitors for a few years and one finally gave out. I use them as dual monitors in my business as a CPA to have 2 years of data simultaneously or 2 projects at the same time. The color is crisp, the size is just right for me and my desk and the price is great.

I was looking to add another monitor to my on air studio , but did not wanna spend alot of money . This monitor works great and the price was right .

I had purchased a rectangular monitor about 2 years ago and I didn't like it at all. The page always seemed to be distorted on the screen and I had trouble reading my emails etc. I finally gave that monitor away and decided I wanted a square monitor. I looked online and found this 17" square monitor from HP and I thought the price was right. I can read everything, the words are clear and I've had no problems with the monitor. I wish I would have ordered a square monitor 2 years ago :)

Terrible product. Received it on time but when turned on, made a hissing sound and turned off. Defective. Then, upon processing a request to return, they didn't get back with me. Go with another option especially another seller.

The screen works, so everything at that end is fine. However the screen and case had more damage than what was lead to believe when ordering.

This monitor is a good size for a secondary monitor. It is easy to set up. Picture is clear. Price was good.

great quality for a used product. suited my needs as a replacement 2nd monitor connected to my laptop for dual screen views for multi-tasking office work. although not in original packagaing, was very well packaged in bubble wrap with what appeared to be a brand new cord. resolution is very good and hp is a good quality brand. For the price I am very happy with this item.
