What a ridiculous question! Everyone knows that the gym is only for workouts between 7.14 and 9.6 hours long. 10 is clearly beyond the limit. Now if you're trying to workout like a normal person, then yes, a generous 5 scoops per hour will get you through the normal workout period as mentioned above, just make sure that your heart doesn't explode first, if it does however, make sure you have some sugar free gummy bears on your person so that you will make it through!
