For those of us with constipation...well! You know what a struggle it is, right? If you've ever been constipated with rock hard feces, stuck up inside your body...for, well...days, then you very much know what a hellish experience it can be to experience that level of constipation. It's a feeling I know well. These are miracle probiotics -- truly. I take this one daily, but take the 100B one when I am severely constipated. Which is a rare (as opposed to daily) occurrence since taking these. The only time I get constipated now is if something has been "snuck" into my meals by a well-intended person (or someone unaware of the things that set my system off). Even then, I can take a few of these (3 usually does it) instead of taking one of the 100B capsules. Pair that with vitamin C, some water, and a good rest, and wait for it all to start working its magic. These are especially lovely because they are a unicorn in the world of probiotics....I mean, the HN019 strain...OMG. It TRULY DOES live up to the hype -- and it's in a probiotic that has no fillers in it...!!! Seriously amazing stuff. So, it's: - effective (lives up to the hype) - free of excipients, fillers, drying agents, preservatives, colorants, shellac....free of crap - decent-sized to swallow (and tastes like nothing at all, flavorless powder for mixing if you do not want to swallow the capsule) I've opened up the capsules and used them outright; the probiotic bacteria survives the transit through the stomach, even though I've removed it all from the special acid-resistant capsule. Which is impressive, really. This means that the strains are potent enough on their own, even without the special capsules meant to keep the strains viable. I love this product. I love its viability (works even as straight powder, without its protective capsule), I love its neutral taste (THANK GOD it does not taste horrible), I love its effectiveness (my gut has never felt better!!!!), I love its lack of crapola in it (NOTHING but pure probiotics in this!), and I love the price (reasonable!!). Overall, if I could give this a billion stars......I would. :D P.S.: I've now bought TWO of these....made it through one full pack, and am on my second pack....I will be a customer for a long, long time. Perhaps for the rest of my life. <3

guess all the other probiotics i have tried in the past haven't been that great after-all or lacking the right probiotic strains for me. These are working great, so glad i read reviews and also glad i decided to get the 30 billion instead of the 100 billion version for those would of been way to much for me! I started taking these at night like i took my other probiotics in past, first 2 days i noticed mild stomach pains and gurgling, on third night that stopped. I also realized after 4 nights of constant waking up during night that these were the culprit that was interfering with my sleep for some reason so i now take them in AM and they are still working great.. they regulated me in the #2 department by third day as well, the daily visits to bathroom has been great since i had issues in that department. Some belly bloating has gone down too in the 9 days i have been using these but, i can't for sure say it is only the probiotic that contributed to that since i started a gluten free diet 3 weeks ago to see if it helped my bloatness. Do not know what other benefits i am getting but, between these, maybe the gluten free diet and the CBD oil, my rosacea skin has cleared up quite a bit and i do feel better so i will definitely never stray from these probiotics and the cbd oil and will continue to take them for years to come for sure.

I got a bad case of giardia, which destroyed my digestion because even after the parasite was dead, I felt nauseated all of the time and had trouble eating so I was losing alot of weight and I'm already thin. I realized then that I had a Leaky Gut before I got the parasite that went untreated. I started taking Saccharomyces Boulardii which really helped alot. I took the J brand but I find this Pure brand is excellent and I think a bit better than the J brand. I also started taking collagen everyday to help restore my intestinal lining. I also started taking Restore - Ion Gut Health and that helped alot too. I finally started having healthy BM's according to the Bristol Scale - google it, it will show you what is healthy and what isn't. Mine were definitely unhealthy even before I got the parasite. But even after taking the above, I was not having as many as I thought I should. So I bought this and took one capsule and within an hour I had to go to the bathroom and had a healthy BM. sorry if TMI, but I figure if you're here, you have similar problems. UPDATE: I stopped taking this when I started the Whole 30 diet [no grains or beans etc. for 30 days, as well as giving up dairy and supplements to see what you are sensitive to.] My ahem, BM's were small even though I was eating the recommended amount of fiber or more. I also was having stomach aches sometimes. I re-started taking one capsule a day, and my stomach aches went away. Which is huge because they were really getting me down. Its been a very rough ride w/my digestive issues. And, it wasn't immediate, but the following day, I had a healthier BM and then again this morning, a healthier one than I had yesterday. So THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS!! I also take Ion Gut Health and this brand Saccharomyces Boulardii, 2 capsules a day. That my magic mixture.

Good quality product, price is a little steep for a daily probiotic but I think it’s worth it if you can afford this in your daily routine

Works well!

I really wanted this probiotic to work, but unfortunately I didn’t notice any improvement after several weeks of consistent use. In fact, I experienced increased bloating and stomach discomfort. For the price, I expected better results. It may work for others, but it wasn’t effective for me and I won’t be repurchasing.

First time purchase from Pure, but disappointed with their packaging, poor protection of product... 3 out of 30 damaged. Not worth to return the product from Singapore back to US.
