What type of bonder/epoxy should I use? Does this to material come any thicker?** A: You can use multi-purpose solvent glue commonly found in hardware stores or craft stores. This type of cement is typically for PVC, CPVC, and ABS plastics. We currently do not offer this product in a thicker version, however, we are always adding products, so maybe soon ! **Q: Can this be formed by using a heat gun?** A: Yes, our ABS sheet can easily be formed with a heat gun, especially this 0.062” thickness. **Q: i bought some of this. I does not work in water @168 degrees to melt what do you use to melt it?** A: I tried water too. No luck waste of money. **Q: How do you mold it? Do you put it in the oven on aluminum foil, a cookie sheet? Is there an odor** A: The sheet will mold (change shape) @ a minimum of 220 degrees F. We suggest using a heat gun. It would require a custom faceplate. I wondered if I could buy some plastic "hobby" sheets, and did a search on Amazon. Sure enough. There it was, exactly what I was hoping for.Today i did an experiment, using a paper cutter with a rolling cutter to cut the material. A couple of passes with the cutter and I had scored a perfect line. the plastic folded on the line to give me a perfect straight cut. I'm very excited. From concept to execution. This will be a great project and I'll have 4 1/2 sheets left over.
