Love this
This is great for after a day of working at the computer to decompress and lay back on, that's pretty much all I use it for, nothing fancy. Works great!

Great Chirp dupe.
I bought an expensive set of 3 chirp wheels and this size was the only one I liked so I returned the 3-pack and bought this one for a fraction of the price. Wouldn't know the difference. Helps so much with back pain and I get a good crack/stretch every time. Only takes a couple min to use and feel relief.

My favorite wheel
Does what i needed, the large circumference helps stretch as opposed to those foam rollers some ppl buy. Not full 5 stars bc bits of rubber came off, seems questionable. Doesnt impact its usage as of now but you know how little tears get larger over time. I wouldve preferred Chirp but they dont sell on Amazon as of tge time i ordered this a few months ago. Nevertheless, this is the kind of thing everyone should own.

Deep stretch
Size is good for that! Love it. Use caution to keep balance.

Worked well until bending after a year
This wheel was amazing when I first bought it. I have issues with inflammatory back pain (thanks to Accutane) as well as mechanical pain (thanks to my own clumsy self), so I used it to stretch my back, and BOY DID IT WORK. On the first use, my back cracked SO much and SO loud. This wheel let me move my back in a way it had clearly needed to for a very long time. It was a welcomed release, much gentler than what I've experienced at chiropractor, and my back pain improved a lot.Balancing on the wheel was a little hard to get used to, but I learned with experience. Although it's narrow enough to fit between the shoulder blades, it never wobbled sideways. My only problem was that if I bent too far backwards over the wheel, and I'd struggle to lift myself back up again (probably because of my weak core muscles, and blood rushes to my head easily), but I never came close to really hurting myself, and I learned quickly how far I could comfortably stretch. Also, although there's no spine groove, this never hurt my spine like I feared. For me, and I think most people, my back muscles actually protrude out more than my spine when my back is concave (as when bending backwards), so I never had any issues with the wheel causing pain against my spine. However I think having a spine groove would allow the rest of the wheel to dig further into the back muscles that lie next to the spine, which would be nice. The one major downside: After a year of light use (less than daily, and I weigh ~150lb), the wheel has warped. I noticed the pressure on my back felt uneven when I lay on it, and when I rolled it across the floor, I see it wobble back and forth. Looking closely, the surface of the wheel is no longer level. With this change, it now does more harm to my back than good, so I'll have to buy a new wheel. A year of back relief was well worth the money I spent, but I probably will try a new wheel from a different manufacturer in the hopes it will be more durable.

Great for upper back
I purchased this for my husband who has had back pain for years. This worked great to stretch his upper back area. It stays in place - does not slide out from under him when used on carpet. However, it did not work on his lower back (we ended up purchasing an inversion table and that has helped him tremendously). We let a friend borrow it; she used it and it helped her so much that she purchased one for herself.

Great product for back pain.
I've had the product for little over a week now and it's been great. I'm a bigger guy 250lbs+ and it has never made me feel like it wasn't supporting me or it was going to break. So, high marks on construction. As far as helping with stretching and back pain it hasn't let me down there either. It's a very intense massage while stretching. It definitely cracks my back and relives back pain. It was well spent money.

Good choice
Super sturdy, soft wrapping and easy to use. This is really a great choice for a yoga wheel. I am new at yoga and even I was able to use this. While the balancing may take some effort it is possible and it rolls very nicely.I do wish the different pose pages and instructions on how to do them was in English. I can only follow the pictures so far
