Worth every penny!
I always debate on spending good money on something like this but I am glad I did. I bought a new pair of men's Timberland work boots - size 10 wide. I am unable to wear women's wide in boots. I am about 240 and 5 foot 9. I work in a fast paced warehouse on a 5 hour shift. Lastly, I have a moderately high arch and yes, Timberland does have a nice arch in its boot but the rest of the inside boot could use some padding. I had been experiencing severe foot pain and it was going up my legs into my lower back. Soaking my feet EVERY night was mandatory just to alleviate the pain. I sprung for these and while I have reviewed these only after 3 shifts, I can say they work for me. The pain is significantly less - about 85 percent less in my feet and 80 percent less in my legs and lower back. I do not expect a product to fix me entirely (LOL) but this is a great start. I also like how they come sealed so no one can use them and put them back into the package. If you need to find a specific number - this review is for 340 - one can go to Scholls website and answer a few questions and it will spit back a number for you. You might be lucky enough to have a instore machine where you can go and stand on it and it will report back on your feet - whether you are flat footed or standard arch or high arch. Trust me when I say the arch is the biggest problem for most people and they do not even know it. Give these a try if all else has failed.

Excellent product!
Follow the Dr. Scholl's website on getting the right pair for you is probably the biggest thing i would recommend. So I've dealt with my left foot rolling inward for a long time and in the last 6 months its caused knee pain that i didn't associate with my foot at first. After using these insoles for the past month, my knee pain is almost all but gone! They are pricey, but for the price and quality if you take care of them and clean them occasionally i cant imagine why they wouldn't last longer than intended.

Great value
These are not a replacement for a visit to a podiatrist for plantar fasciitis. But when your on your feet 10+ hours a day working round the clock; they help a lot. Good work boots & shoes are a start & add these and they are beautiful. I've used these for years & wouldn't go without them.

A MUST HAVE for me
These are great off the shelf shoe inserts and I've been using them for years now. I have several pairs that I use in a few pairs of my most worn shoes. It's a lot easier than having to move a single pair in and out. I do wish they lasted longer though. I get maybe 5-6 months out of these before I really start to notice them wearing down, especially in the ones I wear in my running shoes. I have these on auto-order every 6 months and have for years.

These things significantly improve quality of life.
I am a big guy - around 275 pounds - and I am a disabled vet with a back condition, and related nerve pain in my lower legs and feet. I am also on my feet all the time. So, in that context: I wear good shoes and compression socks, but even with that if I don't have good insoles I end up in a lot of pain by the end of the day. I previously used custom orthopedic insoles that were very expensive. I decided to give these a try a few years ago and they worked just as well. A few important notes: 1. They are sort of thick, so if you have unusually small vertical clearance in your shoes you might have problems. 2. They are only in the back half of the foot. That is fine from a functional standpoint, but it feels a little odd at first. 3. I notice a drop off in performance after about 6 months, with full wear out coming after about a year, but that is with 275 pounds taking 10k-15k steps 4-5 days a week. 4. DO NOT self select the specific insole. Go to a walmart, try the little diagnostic machine and go with the one iit says. Overall, if you have back, leg or nerve issues that cause you pain, try some insoles. These are a decent place to start your insole experience because of the diagnostic machines you can get at stores for free. if you have used cheaper insoles and not seen significant results, upgrade to these. And if you use expensive orthopedic insoles, give these a try and you may find you can save money and still get a serious level of support.

Worth Every Penny ! IMHO
I recently took a part time job where I am working standing up for 4-7 hours a day. Doing so my lower back was feeling it to the point of Tylenols and heating pads afterwards and the next day. After doing a google search someone had recommended these in Combination with the Skechers restaurant workers shoes. I got the Shoes first and they helped a little bit but not that much. After 4 shifts with just the new shoes (30-40 bucks on Amazon) I decided to try these inserts and they helped tremendously. The lower back soreness went from a 8-9 to a 1-2 after using these. They are not cheap by any means but in my opinion worth the investment for sure. Also if you have a HSA you may be able to pay or be reimbursed for these. I thought the Video was cool to determine your Arch type! Hope this helps.

Excellent ! I couldn’t remember my measurement but found an old pair of inserts I had bought after using an insert measurement machine in Walmart a couple bb of yeas back. It had 4-320 CLEARLY specified on the back soi ordered that size implants from Amazon and they fit perfectly!
