Do not buy any counter pad that has the little circles in them, they trap hair and it will never be clean. That's the secret. This one had the horizontal rows of rubber cast into the mold and it makes it so damn easy to clean. hold it by the side, slide a brush across and the hair is gone. I love it.whatever the rubber is made out of is durable a chemical resistant. clipper spray doesn't bother it. It is also temperature stable. I travel a lot as a barber and I this mat in my clipper case stored in my car. Hot summers and cold winters doesn't make the mat crack or fade.You don't know that you need ones of these until a set of clippers rolls off the counter or you're trying to install a new blade on your clippers.Buy one.

It’s helpful in Keeping my barbers 💈 station organized. I have them in many different colors and sizes. The darker mats help hide customers hair were on my red mats hair was alittle more noticeable.
