It is way too big, and goes around and around. It will cost more to return it than to order the correct handle. Shipping was almost as much as the handle itself.

Works just fine, but poor quality
Arrived with some of the brown coating scratched off of the blue plastic handle. Does NOT include a screw. In spite of this, it does make my chair footrest go up and down so, 4 stars for working, but 1 star for scratches equals a lower star rating.
