Magic CoverPremium Adhesive Vinyl Contact Shelf Liner and Drawer Liner, 18"x9', Knotty Pine

Purchased this item back in October 2013, and a little over a year later I am still satisfied with the results.I used it on my kitchen Island, and part of my kitchen counter tops that didn't match the rest of the "wood like" tone. Unless the manufacturer has changed the quality, I can assure I had no problem placing it, repositioning, no residue, nothing! If I had to reposition it, it was obviously user error, not the product's error.When I tell people it's a vinyl covering, they all say they thought that was part of the counters or island as it is so smooth and blends so well.So, aside from regular kitchen use and all that it implies, I also use the rolling Island's top to eat, make a mess, craft, make more mess, put all my electronics on it to organize, and several times lay out my make up and once again make a mess...Still, I wipe it off with some Windex and once again looks like New.Perhaps there will be exceptions that can damage it, but with normal use and proper care I think you can get a good value out of it.EDIT: 6 YEARS LATERI just removed the vinyl from the island because I wanted to place a white one instead.However, in the 6 YEARS I had it there, it still looked excellent. I would say as good as a 9/10.It did NOT PEEL, did NOT FADE, did NOT LEAVE A RESIDUE when I removed it. It did keep breaking into pieces as I removed it, so it took me a while. BUT seriously after so many years of VALUE and fake wood it brought to my little island, I don’t mind.I would highly recommend this item.

Just like I said but there is one thing need to know if you are laying the paper down that’s Ok 👍🏽 but if you are using for like wall or ceilings you better get you some kind of wall paper adhesive if not it will sag down and you’re not going to like it , hope this help. Muhammad the handyman.

This product is wonderful for several reasons. It looks like real wood grain, the adhesive is just right, and best of all, the paper on the back has grid lines for ease of measuring and cutting! I needed to cover a [faux] dark walnut wheeled cabinet to make an island for my kitchen which has cabinets of yellow knotty pine. Note: this says "knotty pine" but it is the WHITE knotty pine, which is slightly lighter than yellow knotty pine, although the grain/texture looks the same. When I first began the project I thought the adhesive wasn't strong enough; "how is this ever going to stay on?!" but as I continued, I realized it is necessary to be able to adjust as you are going along, to keep it straight and get rid of wrinkles and air bubbles. At the end, when everything was definitely in the right place, I pressed it all down firmly and it stayed. For being just sticky paper, this looks remarkably good. I originally wanted to use real pine veneer, but it was WAY too expensive. For the price and ease of use, I highly recommend this product.

Needed to cover up damage on an imitation wood cabinet door. Replacement for the door wad $40 but figured I would try this out first. The color is almost almost an identical match and the contact paper went on smooth and easily. You honestly cant tell its not part of the original door.I even tried pulling it off to see if it would reset with out issue and it did just as expected. So if you make a mistake or apply crooked there is a good chance you and pull it back and reset with out any issue.

Used this to cover railings in a rental that used to be wood and had been painted over several times. Since it is a rental I did not want something permanent, but I wanted to railings to look more classy. This actually looks like real wood, was easy to apply, and has held up well so far. Only issue is that I wish it was a little thicker and more sticky. I feel that over time it will either come loose or will get nicks in it due to it being fairly thin. But this is just my impression.

I had stumbled across this particular color/pattern in DollarTree. Unfortunately, they don't carry much stock. Also, places like home depot and lowes and Walmart do not carry this color/pattern. I was pleasantly surprised to find it online, and in longer lengths so you have less waste. It's a wonderful color and pattern that looks very natural. FYI, Rust-oleum Khaki color spray paint is a perfect match to the color of this pattern.

While I like the way this paper looks, it does not have the strength of other contact paper I have bought. It stretches a tad when applying, is thinner and the adhesive is not as strong as I am used to. I still used it because, how do you send it back when it has been cut and applied?I was using it on my kitchen cabinets as shelf liner and am disappointed because after all that time and effort, I am not confident that it will last long before needing replaced.

I love how beautiful the shelf liners are, and they are easy to keep clean!

Y el terminado es mejor del que esperaba, incluso si se necesitan cubrir zonas grandes, se puede y las divisiones no son muy perceptibles, utilicé una tarjeta de crédito para que no quedaran burbujas, y donde se me formaron, con una aguja piqué y pasé la tarjeta, la casa en la que vivo es rentada y la cocina no inspiraba nada a cocinar, la estoy restaurando un poco, el costo es mínimo y el terminado es bueno, considerando que no voy a invertir en algo tan duradero puesto que no me quedaré con la casa. Me falta pintar los azulejos, y la cocina :P

muy fácil de usar y pega muy bien, se uso para forrar unos cajones y quedo muy bien, lleva dos meses y sigue muy bien, definitivamente lo volveré a comprar.

Bien, pero el pegamento deberían mejorarlo. Se despega
