Q: how often di we need chenge the batteries. I biught a few days ago and it shows battery is low!!

Hi there I bought it last sept (2019) and put my own batteries in and I’ve not had to change them yet - I think it might depend on how often it’s used and I used Duracell if that helps with information.

Q: Our charger has stopped working, can I just purchase a new charger somehow?

Sorry our didn’t have any charger and it works with the battery

Not much other than you need scissors to open the standard packaging.
