Trying to recreate Borders Biscuits - think I've cracked it

Great product

Decent flavour but a very short (3 month) expiry date. Other date on it is 2020 so pretty old.

This packet of ground ginger was full of hard lumps and a lot of fibre. I tried to sieve it to salvage some of the ginger powder, however the powder I did manage to collect was more like dirt track dust than ginger. Very disappointing and I would not recommend this product.

This is very strong , in fact when I was putting some in a jar , I could barely breath and was coughing for ages . I won’t buy this again because there’s lumps and bits in it , I’ve tried sieving it but I just carn’t stop coughing.

This had quite a pungent ginger still but also had a lot of dust, grit and fibres in it. No strong ginger flavour - wouldn't buy again

Very poor quality, looks very pale in colour, not the normal colour of ground ginger. Had to use three times normal Amount for my ginger biscuits , which didn’t have any flavor of ginger whatsoever. Very disappointing product
