Now Foods Mood Support With St Johns Wort 180

Was feeling down, couldn't seen to choose 'happy' and that's not me, so looked for a supplement to help and bought these. Definitely helped - no more feeling down, but the most unexpected benefit was how sound I now sleep!! When I forget and don't take them - I tend to toss and turn. But when I take these daily I am sleeping like a log and it's great. As someone else mentioned though - it also brings more vivid dreams. Not sure why.

This is an amazing product! I cannot recommend this combination more to anyone who is suffering from depression and generally feeling sluggish and messy. St. Johns wort is hailed as natures prozac and it WORKS. Now foods is up there with yogi in their adept and insightful combinations of herbs and nutrients. I take this product along with True Focus, Acetly L-Carnitine and Magnesium and the combo has been a LIFE SAVER. Honestly, I didn't know I could ever be this balanced, functional or happy before. If you are on the fence PLEASE try this product (combined with magnesium) ASAP

It works. Short and sweet. I bought this for a friend and after a few short weeks he no longer has that hopeless depressed tone in his voice nor does he talk nothing but gloom & doom. I am a believer. Disclaimer: it does not work for everyone, you may need to seek professional help which, by the way, is nothing to be ashamed of. Been there, done that. My friend DID check with his PCP to be sure there would be no interaction with any other medication he was on. It is a real joy to talk to him now and not be afraid it is the last conversation you'll ever have. Just remember, just because it is "natural" doesn't mean it is harmless. I am rather indifferent with these. Seems to help but other times maybe not, perhaps it's a placebo affect. MAKE SURE YOU EAT BEFORE TAKING. WILL MAKE YOU VOMIT OTHERWISE.
