This is a good set for someone who has no leather tools and wants to try leathercrafting. Some of the tools aren’t super sharp like they should be but they are good enough to start without spending a ton of money on expensive tools. I recommend buying a set of diamond chisels and some extra needles along with this. I haven’t tried the burn tool yet but I plan to in a couple days. Will update my review if it sucks lol.This pouch was my first leather project ever! I made it with these tools and a set of 4mm diamond chisels for the stitching holes (not included in this kit).

Bought this for my Father who needed a variety of things for a sheath he was making for his axe. He was thrilled and impressed with all that the kit included and we saved a ton over the individual items he was buying and looking at at the craft store. Highly recommend!

Me parece que es buen producto para alguien que va empezando como yo, y el precio es accesible. Subo fotos de lo que contiene, en las últimas muestro cómo usé el quemador, creo que es bueno, en la última foto se ve cómo quedó después de usarlo o sea caliente bastante, lo que si me preocupó fue que no tiene regulador, no sé si otros lo tengan pero se ve que este es súper básico y subo foto como en el mango tiene un hoyo blanco con un poco de exceso de plástico, cuando veo algo así no me da confianza se ve de baja calidad, pero le di la oportunidad, y llega un punto en el que es muy caliente, lo puedo sentir en la mano con la que trabajo, y lo desconecté unos minutos. De todas maneras esta bien para satisfacer la curiosidad de probarlo.

I'm brand new to leatherwork. I bought this starter kit and scrap leather from a big box craft store. It's a good starter kit. I had no patterns or plans. Other reviews said you don't get a bag for your tools. I tried to make a tool box but I know my tool box looks like a boat.

I'm just starting my leather crafting and I think this is a good kit for a beginner like me. The tools aren't very sharp so I need to find out how to sharpen them.

Having never seen lather before, after watching some you tube videos I was off and running. As the kit came in I was able to do 2 projects I had in mind.

I bought this kit for my wife who was interested in learning to work with leather. Her first project, made from salvaged leather, gets daily use as a purse/hip bag.

This is a good set for a beginner. When I opened it up I was surprised to see a wood/leather burning tool with tips. But the stitch chisels and hammer was missing. It’s still a good set but I was a little disappointed I had to order the missing pieces separate. That meant waiting four or five days to try this craft.
