I really like it except for one thing...
If I had reviewed this pan after the first time I used it, It would have gotten 5 stars. Both the inside and outside are non-stick ceramic, which is great if you're heating soup, milk, or oatmeal and it bubbles over. I also love the spouts on either side for pouring and the cool handle. I am very gentle with my dishes and pans and I only wash by hand with a non-scratch sponge. However, I noticed that after I had used and washed the pan about 10 times, I could see metal showing through the black ceramic on one of the spouts. I know this wasn't caused by me so it must be that this part of the pan was not coated enough. Otherwise, it's great.

Not Durable at all!
[Updated Review] Very disappointed! We literally just use it to heat up the milk for our babies. Only use it to cook oatmeal once but I realize it wasn’t that easy to clean like my other stone pots. Ok, never mind. We just use it for milk and only for milk. And then I found a scratch in the bottom! So delicate like a flower! Not durable at all! The pot was delivered on Jim 28. I updated this review on July 19. Not recommended! Waste the money.I bought this pot/ sauce pan to heat up the milk. It looked very nice. Easy to use and clean. Take a little bit longer to heat up the milk than my other pot but it’s fine. A little bit pricey. Hope it last longer.

Misleading about having a lid!
I just received a sauce pan which is very nice. However, it’s very misleading because in the about this product description it says, “ Quick look glass lid gives you an easy view of your meal in progress, oven safe to 425°F” it does not come with the lid! This is very frustrating!

NOT a One Quart pan.
I specifically ordered TWO ONE QUART PANS.The two pans I received were 1.6 Quarts EACH---nearly twice as large as what I needed.I will keep them, but now I need two lids to fit them.Your ad said ONE QUART. PLEASE CORRECT FOR FUTURE PURCHASERS.

Metal Spots Showing Through Coating Already
Barely a year after I purchased this one and one half quart pan ( It is listed as a one quart pan - I filled it with water from a measuring cup, and it took one and a half quarts) I noticed that spots of metal under the ceramic non stick showing through. Always hand washed it, and mostly used it to heat a chai latte mix for a few minutes.. A ceramic coating is only a ceramic coating. Do yourself a favor and buy real ceramic pots and pans, not just coated ones, so the coating will not come off and then you have to guess what metal is underneath and getting into food.

Small
This is small depending on what you want to cook. I want a sauté I could use for curry but this is not wide enough. It looks like a 9.5 in pan just taller. I haven’t measured it. I only got it on Amazon so I could see the size and return it for free. It’s cheaper at green pan . us but I don’t think I’ll get it from them either since it’s small. I got the 11 in frying pan from their website because my bf said 12 is too big and since the 11 came with a lid I got that one cheaper for $28 with free shipping for Father’s Day and my email 25% off discount. But now that I can’t even get the set because the sauté is too small I think I’m going to lose money returning it to them. This is why I got this sauté at amazon to check and not lose money lol. I recommend you clean it very well with a soft sponge because it comes a little oily even if you don’t see it. That causes a very bad smell upon the first use so definitely buy soft sponges from the 99 cent store and keep those strictly for nonstick pans. I washed my 11 in a couple times in warm water to take off the residue and it doesn’t smell upon cooking anymore. Use low to medium heat if you go higher just lower it back soon don’t keep it on high very long AT ALL. Use butter and oil only no cooking spray. It’s very nonstick and soft a little oil spread over with a napkin looks good enough. Don’t burn the oil or it will stick and make the pan stick to your foods after. I think it’s a good design it’s not wooden though it’s just coated to look like wood which sucks a little also the handles are a bit long which can be weird to hold since the handles almost look welded on very thinly onto the pan which feels like one day the handle could just fall off but only time will tell. I wish they would do a Hudson sauté in 4.5 qt or even 5 qt so you can cook way more food in it forsure. And I wish it had a handle on the other end for easier handling when heavy food is cooking. I’m on a mission to buy great nonstick, stainless, and le creuset. I already have a lodge grill, 12 in , and 10 in. I want nonstick and stainless full sets though. I think every one should have them in their kitchens and absolutely buy the best so you can eat healthy and rotate the pans to make sure you don’t get too much of certain chemicals all the time. Green pan seems to be a very good brand for nonstick but I could be wrong. I have some cuisineart stainless sauce pans but they don’t look so good anymore but they say that doesn’t affect the use but I am on the hunt for something better. & le creuset and lodge are the best hands down. I take care of my cast iron and it’s so easy! Just buy a FLAXSEED oil not linseed. And I clean with a green sponge it looks a bit silver but then I dry it with a rag or napkin and then put it on the stove to dry a bit for maybe 5 no more than 10 minutes. Don’t burn it. & then I cool it down and coat with my flaxseed oil I use zatural or natural cold press oil from here on Amazon I can’t tell the name because it’s a tilted n not quite a z lol anyways you can eat that oil and add to coffee even but I just use it for my wooden spoons from mtvernon spoons in Etsy and for my cast iron. Love it! So I coat the cast iron and then rub it off gently with a napkin or rag you don’t mind staining then putting the oven to 500 or 400 and leaving it in there upside down for an hour. I take it out but some people say be careful it could crack but I don’t have that issue my house isnt very cold then I let it cool and coat it again and back in the oven for an hour. I find that can be enough but 3 times makes it look PERFECT I promise you should have the best cast iron my bf always loves seeing his cast iron looking nice I tell him to take care of it since I bought them for him but let’s be real I end up doing it lol. I also wash them in a little soap sometimes or even just thick pieces if salt and I scrub it good. Always dry it and then dry it on a stove even if not coating it. This prevents rust. I never have to do anything to remove rust with vinegar or baking soda because I clean it well all the time. He only cooks chicken or steak but they never stick and they look amazing. Anyways thanks for reading my ramblings I love sharing info in all my reviews.

Missing the lid.
Mine came without the lid. I will return it.This is a SCAM. I ordered it for the second time and it was AGAIN without the lid! It is just for me to have the trouble to prepare 2 boxes, print labels with my printer and lose my time to go to post officer! Please do not buy this. Buyer beware!

You can do better
...save your money. Your local big box store will most likely have something much better for a fraction of the price. It looks nice but the feel / quality doesn't match the price.
