Does this come with a manual on how to fit?

I can’t remember but fitting is pretty straight forward as long as you have easy access to where the taps will be fitted. Our access was very difficult and I had to buy a special tap fitting tool.

I have single taps on my bathtub are these easy to swap over to mixer taps

Yes very easy they should fit right in and they look great too I love them on my bath!!
