What is the dif between almond roca & almond orgeat?

Almond roca has a more buttery rum taste. Almond orgeat is sweeter to me - I have had both and I like the orgeat better. I hope this helps.

Why are these Torani "Roca" syrups sooooo much more expensive than the other Torani's . . . & why is the shipping soooo much more as well?
