Super Thin Rice Paper - Vietnamese Roll Rice Paper- Round

I actually did not use these to wrap sushi rolls. I used them to make edible translucent sails for a cake and they turned out beautifully.

These are oddly stiff even after being wet down and hard to work with. Could be operator error but I can only rate based on what I know.
