Arrived and unfortunately one bottle had cracked which damaged the box too. Told them which bottle and about the box and within a couple of days they sent a complete new box of everything. Great service. Makes a wonderful gift, looks far more expensive than it is.

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my brother, as he's a bit of a petrol head. Upon arrival, I opened up the brown boxing so I could gift wrap it to notice a chemical smell immediately. I opened the boxing to find out that one of the bottles had cracked completely and leaked everywhere, all over the cloths inside, soaking through to the gift box itself. The box itself, although nice looked as if it were a return due to the number of scratches on it. I've since asked to return this item only to find out I have to pay for the delivery to return a faulty item. The box is fairly weighty alongside the recommendation that the box is sent recorded delivery due to its value means this will be a pricy return.Really not happy with this, especially right before Christmas. Odds are I'll have to find him another gift now, which is a shame because this could have been a really great one for him.
