Wasted my money 😒
Received damaged Product.Zipper was damaged/faultyPlastic behind head was broken.Chair sounds weird while changing angles.Makes creepy sound when moving a little bit while sitting.It’s not even worth ₹5000 being honest.

Average chair, not so strong enough but looks cool for 1-2 weeks
Getting straight to the point. An average product with high expectations design. It is the design itself that attracts but otherwise it proved to be just like a 5k product.Pros :1. Easy to assemble2. Color and looks look premium.3. Hand rests are super high built quality.4. Comfortable for max to 2.5 hours.Cons:1. Build quality not strong enough.2. If you lean forward and slide, you may fall easily on your face.3. It says Class 4 Gas rod, but it actually feels like old generation thin Class-2 rod.4. I fell forward and my chair is now bent inwards from right shoulder side. So yeah, chair skeleton is also not strong enough.In all, go for this product if you have extra money and willing to experiment or very poor to afford high brand chairs. It is good only in the looks but have failed to prove itself otherwise

Great chair for the value.
I got this chair on discount, and it's a great chair, completely diy, so I didn't really wait for the technician to come in, really comfortable, good for sitting posture. Also I just found out, it's under warranty for a year.

Best chair in budget , go for it!
Amazing chair , one of the most comfortable chair I've sat on , was a bit sceptical about it , but the received product was amazing , assembly was easy just follow the instructions, I don't why some people are saying its unstable , nope its not I reclined full 180° and it was fully stable , the swivel of chair gives the illusion that it'll fall so before reclining too far it's advised to lock the swivel mechanism, very good cushion and very much adjustable Great chair , if you care for you ass , go for it

Stylish and comfortable chair
Took a gamble in purchasing this chair without checking or feeling the chair quality.. normally we goto furniture shop and try out this type of chairs for our comfort zone and purchase but this one has satisfied all the needs.Firstly delivery was very fast. Delivered prior to expected date of delivery.Stylish and unique chair.. Relaxing and comfortable chair. Didn't notice any issue after sitting for a Long time.Easy to assemble. Didn't wait for service person to assemble the chair. fitted myselfLastly help is very fast via WhatsApp.. any doubts or help Apex people are quick to respond via WhatsApp and help out in any issues or problems..Must buy chair for home

Great value for money
Good gaming chairs are hard to come by in India and the branded ones cost you a dime. After scavenging through many products under the 15k budget, I finally decided to get this one. The design on this is very similar to that of Circle Gaming's chair which costs around 18k. The difference in cost helped me make the decision and I'm pretty happy with the product. Been using it for over 2 weeks now, and is very comfortable and I use it for long hours as well.The seller is really helpful and friendly. Kudos to sellers like these!TLDR: Great value for money, no complaints, good seller!

Great product. Great customer service.
UPDATE;The product was great. But assembly was little bit difficult due to the tight screws. The chair tilting mechanism unit was broken after some months of usage. But to my surprise, I had received a call from Savya Homes to check on the feedback of the chair. When i informed them of the damage, they seent me a new tilting mechanism unit the very next day. It is yet to be delivered as on 15.06.21.The customer service has to be praised for this amazing service.As for the chair, it is a great product. Bu the only negative for me is that the chair seating cushion and the back rest cushion is not very comfortable. It becomes hard over time. Better cushions with memory foam could be used given the high price I had to pay. But overall, iam satisfied.

Awesome service and chair comfort
I've purchased this chair after searching on internet for a long time on 21st November, 2019.During assembling two people are required.It's been 10 months now and I'm not having any issue in this chair yet.The attached pic is clicked on 4th October, 2020.However the plastic covering near head broke and the band of neck pillow got loose. So, I contacted the customer care of the company and they send me the parts for replacement. I loved such kind of gesture and servicing from the company.The one year warranty on the overall chair covers each and everything.Just a tip i.e. use a cotton cushion for sitting to avoid sweat.
