Great value. The phone works great. Great pictures and fast processor. I no longer see the need to pay the ridiculous prices for the upper brands.

Good quality and the price is right

The phone (HW-wise) is great. Very steady, feels like well made no plastic, fast, taking good pictures. I bought the phone back in Dec of 2019. I had no problems until March time , when it started having the problem. During a call all of a sudden the other end stops hearing me. I can hear them perfectly but they cannot. I researched the problem and I found out that a lot of different Xiaomi models have this problem. A lot of suggestions exist for solutions. I tried all but noting worked. Xiaomi customer service is very bad. I decided to buy another phone and keep this just for video instead of dropping it to the garbage can. Bottom line. DO NOT BUY this phone. Do not get fooled by the consumer reports. They have it on the top of the list

Speed, cameras and fingerprint reader make it a great phone in a less price zone.

Everything is good

I made the switch from iPhone to droid with this phone and I absolutely love it. The camera is amazing and love the dual SIM and memory csrd.

Good phone for value.

I should have returned this phone. Don't buy it. The touch screen doesn't perform adaqutly and somethings it won't select options. It also selects options that repeatedly that I have chosen not to use. The browser keeps trying to make itself the default when I denia permissions. It also closes appa in the middle of use. I really hate this phone.
