A Brief History of Life on Earth

I saw this book in a museum and didn’t buy it then and I instantly regretted it. I’m so happy I found it on Amazon! The book is beautifully illustrated and informative but not intensely. It’s great for kids interested in Dinosaurs or just Earth’s history! When it unfolds it’s extremely long, but so awesome! Will not disappoint!

We LOVE this book. My kids and I pull it out whenever we are talking about the history of the universe, the history of people, dinosaurs, so many great uses. The timeline is such a wonderful visual to grasp the concept of how recent we are humans are! It never fails to amaze us. On the other side are some great illustrations - we are regularly weirded out by the giant prehistoric centipede. To fully pull out the book you need a huge space - we have a super long hallway but you could also do it outside on a patio.

This book is super cool. A great pictorial representation of the history of life on earth during the different geological eras, and very visually appealing.
